Install the iOS app
The iOS app turns your iPhone into a charger key. You hold your phone near a charger, and the app starts a session for you. This page will walk you through installing the app on your iPhone.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- An iPhone running a recent version of iOS.
- An invite email from your fleet operator or from Polaris Express.
- A Polaris Express account. If you do not have one, ask your operator to invite you.

Open the invite email on your iPhone
Open the invite email on the iPhone you plan to use for charging. Installing on the same device you read the email on lets the install link open the right app store page directly.

Tap the install link
Tap the install link in the email. Your iPhone opens the distribution page for the app.

Install the app
Follow the prompts on the distribution page to install the app on your iPhone. You may be asked to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

Open the app
Once the install finishes, tap Open on the install page, or find the app icon on your Home Screen and tap it.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”You know the install worked when:
- The app icon appears on your Home Screen.
- Opening the app shows a sign-in screen instead of an error.
If both are true, you are ready to sign in.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The install link does nothing when I tap it. Make sure you are opening the email on your iPhone, not on a Mac or PC. The install link is designed for iOS.
I get a message that the app is not available in my region. Contact your fleet operator. Distribution is limited during the beta, and your account may need to be added to the tester list.
The app opens but immediately closes. Restart your iPhone, then open the app again. If the problem repeats, reinstall the app by deleting it from the Home Screen and tapping the install link again.
