Rename or color-code your EV card

If you have more than one EV card — say, one for the car and one for the spare set of keys — a name like “Model Y daily” reads better than a string of hex digits. This page shows you how to open a card’s detail page and what you’ll find there.

  • You’re signed in at app.polaris.express.
  • You have at least one EV card linked to your account. If not, see Add an EV card.

Goal Open your card's detail page

Time~2 min

  1. Open Cards from the sidebar

From any page in the dashboard, choose Cards in the left sidebar.

Each card shows its current name and whether it's active.
  2. Pick the card you want to rename

Select the card by name. The detail page opens with a Summary section, a Stats section, and a Recent sessions list for that card.

The Summary section shows the display name, card ID, issue date, and last-used date.
  3. Check the Summary tiles

The Summary section shows four tiles:

    • Display name — what the card is called on your dashboard. If you’ve never set one, this falls back to the card ID.
    • Card ID — the underlying idTag. You can’t change this; it’s printed on the card itself.
    • Issued — the date the card was added to your account.
    • Last used — the date of the most recent session, or “Never” if the card hasn’t been used yet.

You’re on the right page when the header shows the card’s name and a status badge (“Active” or “Inactive”). The Recent sessions section at the bottom lists charges made with this specific card.

The page says “Not Found”. The card either doesn’t exist or isn’t linked to your account. Go back to Cards and pick one from the list.

“Last used” says “Never” but I’ve charged with it. Sessions appear after they sync from the charger. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If a session you remember is still missing after an hour, contact your operator.
