Reserve a charger for later
If you know when you’ll need to charge, you can put a hold on a charger ahead of time. This walks you through booking a window from the web dashboard. You’ll need an account with at least one active EV card and a charger your operator has brought online.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in to your customer dashboard.
- Confirm you have an active card on your account. Reservations attach to a card, so an account without one can’t book a window.
- Know which charger you want and roughly when you want it.
Goal Reserve a charger for a future time window
Time~2 min
-
Open the reservation page
From the sidebar, go to Reservations, then choose Reserve a charger. The page header reads “Reserve a charger” with the subtitle “Pick a window and we’ll hold the charger for you.”

The reservation wizard, ready for your charger and window. -
Pick the charger
Choose the charger you want from the list. If your account has exactly one charger, it’s selected for you. Each entry shows the charger’s friendly name and last known status.
-
Pick the card
Choose the card the reservation should attach to. If you have one card, it’s selected automatically. The reservation will only be valid when that card is used to start the session.
-
Set the start time and duration
Pick a start time and a duration. The wizard checks for overlaps with existing reservations on that charger as you go.
-
Submit the reservation
Confirm the window. The wizard sends your request to the reservations service. On success, you’re sent back to the reservations list with the new entry at the top.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”You’ll know the reservation went through when:
- The page redirects to your reservations list.
- The new window appears with the charger name, card, start time, and end time.
- A short success animation plays on the confirmation.
If you don’t see the new entry, refresh the reservations list.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”“Account not ready for reservations.” Your account doesn’t have any active cards linked. Contact your operator and ask them to link a card to your account.
“No cards available.” You have a card on file but it’s not active. Your operator needs to activate it before you can reserve.
“Time window conflicts with existing reservation(s).” Someone else already has the charger during your window — or you do, on another card. The wizard offers up to two alternative free windows of the same length, starting after the conflict. Tap one of the suggested chips to retry with that window, or pick a different time yourself.
The page loaded but the form is empty. This usually means either no chargers are cached yet or your card list is empty. Both states show a friendly message instead of the wizard. Follow the message’s guidance.
