Sign in with a magic email link
You asked ExpressCharge to email you a sign-in link, and now you want to finish signing in on your iPhone. This page walks you through opening that link and watching the app set up your device. The whole thing takes about a minute.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The ExpressCharge app installed on the iPhone you want to sign in on.
- The sign-in email open on that same iPhone.
- A working internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).

-

Verify
Section titled “Verify”When sign-in succeeds, the hero turns green and shows You’re signed in with the message Welcome to ExpressCharge. All three step rows show a green checkmark.

From here the app moves you on to the main customer screen.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The hero turns red and says “Couldn’t sign in.” The message under the title tells you what went wrong — for example, Connect to Wi-Fi or cellular and try again. Fix the underlying problem, then tap Try again at the bottom of the screen to return to the Welcome screen and restart.
Tapping the link opens a web page instead of the app. Make sure the ExpressCharge app is installed on this iPhone, and that you’re tapping the link on the same iPhone where the email arrived. Links forwarded from another device or opened in a desktop browser won’t reach the app.
Nothing happens when you tap the link. The link may have expired or already been used. Request a new sign-in email and tap the link in the newest message.
