Sign out
When you’re done using ExpressCharge on an iPhone — or you’re handing the phone to someone else — sign out from the Settings screen. This page walks you through it. You’ll need your iPhone unlocked and the ExpressCharge app installed and signed in.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You’re currently signed in to ExpressCharge on your iPhone.
- You know the email or magic link you’ll use to sign back in. Once you sign out, you’ll need to sign in again to use ExpressCharge on this iPhone.

Open Settings inside ExpressCharge
Open the ExpressCharge app and go to the Settings screen. The screen title at the top reads Settings.

Scroll to the Sign Out button
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen. Below the About card you’ll see a red Sign Out button.

Tap Sign Out
Tap Sign Out. A confirmation sheet appears titled Sign Out of ExpressCharge? with the message: “You’ll need to sign in again to use ExpressCharge on this iPhone.”

Confirm
Tap the red Sign Out button on the confirmation sheet to finish. If you change your mind, tap Cancel instead and you’ll stay signed in.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”While ExpressCharge signs you out, the button label changes to Signing Out…. When it finishes, the app returns you to the sign-in screen. If you see the sign-in screen, you’re signed out.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The button stays on “Signing Out…” and a red message appears under it. Sign-out failed. The red text under the button describes what went wrong. Check that your iPhone has a working internet connection, then tap Sign Out again.
