The link opens Polaris Express in your browser and signs you in. You’re dropped on your customer dashboard at
/.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”You’re signed in when:
- The dashboard loads at the root of your operator’s site.
- Your name or email appears in the page header.
If you instead see the sign-in page again, the link expired or was already used. Request a new one.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”The email never arrives. Wait a minute, then check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, request another link. The sign-in page rate-limits requests — if you hammer the button, you’ll see a “Too many requests” message and need to wait about a minute before trying again.
The link says it’s invalid or expired. Magic links are single-use and time-limited. Request a fresh one from the sign-in page and open it as soon as it arrives.
You see “No sign-in methods are available right now.” Your operator hasn’t enabled email sign-in and no tap-enabled chargers or scanners are online. Use the “Contact your operator” link to get help.
